Good morning Allies!
Welcome to the Rally Blast for today, Monday, May 25th.
While today isn't a rally day, below are the highlights of what's happening.
Service Team
Service is closed today in observance of Memorial Day. Please visit them at the Sheep/Swine building during their hours tomorrow, which will be 7am to 4pm.
Arrivals
Please use Gate 7 for all arrivals, and stay single file for the safety of our team. You may see a sign that says to form two lines, but that is for the fairgrounds during fair week, NOT our rally. Our Parking Team will be parking units 8am to 6pm today and tomorrow. If you are not able to make it by 6pm, you might be asked to dry camp at the gate until the next morning. We can not guarantee level ground in the field where Gate 7 is located. Thank you for making plans that fit the schedule and for understanding.
Water / Sewer Hoses and Electrical Cords
As the Elkhart County 4H Fairgrounds is a multi-use facility, all campsite utilities are behind the RV. As such, you will need to have hoses and cords long enough to reach the back of the RV plus 5 feet. In some cases, sites may share a common water hydrant, so you'll want to have a hose bib Y. If your RV has a 50A power service and you're camping in a 30A site, you'll need a 50A to 30A adapter, commonly referred to as a dog bone adapter.
New Dog Park Location
The fairgrounds has a new permanent dog park on the property, but it will not be completed until tomorrow. We have made some temporary modifications to make it functional, but please check the fencing surround before releasing your pet to make sure the fencing works for your needs. The dog park is a chained link fence area behind a small building labeled "#206 Electrical Shop". Please see the rally map at THIS LINK.
First Timers Orientation
New to rally? We will have a First Timers Orientation on Tuesday at 2:00pm in the Event Hall - ECCC. If you'd like to take notes, please bring a pen. A handout will be provided at the meeting for each unit.
Welcome Reception
Please plan to join us on Tuesday from 4pm to 7pm at the Vendor Hall - Building A for our Welcome Reception. There will be 1/4lb all-beef hot dogs, a hot dog toppings bar, games, and the chance to get your Welcome Bag, which will have your name badges, event book with the agenda inside, t-shirts, pump out medallions (if you previously purchased one or more), etc. Bring a drink and join the fun!
Global Link Fastener Bar
We have moved the location of the Global Link Fastener Bar. It will now be located behind the Lippert trailer in the Vendor Hall. For more information see the paper in your Welcome Bag Folder labeled "Welcome to the 2026 Alliance National Rally!"
Pickle Ball Courts
The Pickle Ball courts in Building F (signs are out front) will be open for free play starting at 9am. Racquets and balls will be available but you are welcome to bring your own.
When entering you’ll find a table with rules, tournament signups, and a liability release wavier that you’ll need to sign to use the courts. NOTE: The floor is smooth and can be slick, so we will provide towels at the courts to wipe off your shoe soles, so you don’t slip. PLEASE wear appropriate footwear…absolutely no flip flop or sandals allowed on the courts.
Golf Cart Rentals
If you rented a golf cart and need to pick it up, please plan to go to the Dairy Barn (down the street from where the service desk is located) between 9am and 10am to pick up your cart. If you need to arrange another pick-up time, please text (847)373-6631 to let our team know when you arrive and where to find you.
The "Check-Out" date for your golf cart is the day your cart must be turned in by 10am to avoid any additional charges. Carts need to be returned to the Dairy Barn by 10am on the Check-Out date.
Feel free to email rally@alliancerv.com if you are not sure when your reservation starts and ends. If you rented your golf cart until Saturday, May 30, we are asking that you return it Friday night at dinner. We will give more directions in Friday's morning email blast. We will have parking team available to give rides back to your campsite that evening.
Pump-Out Medallions
For those who've pre-ordered Pump-out Medallions, you will receive them at the Welcome Reception in your Welcome Bag. The first opportunity for pump out service will be Tuesday morning, May 26. Other opportunities for pump out service will include the mornings of Thursday, May 28 and Friday, May 29. If you want your unit pumped out, please make sure your medallion is in front and clearly visible the night BEFORE one of the above dates. Online Pump-out Medallions sales are now closed. Should you need to buy a Medallion, please go to the info table in the Vendor Hall/Building A, and we can sell you one. As a reminder, the last pump-out will be Friday morning.
Silent Auction Donation Drop-off
Silent auction donation items can be dropped off starting Monday, May 26, 10:00am-12:00pm and 3:00-5:00pm in the Workshops/Building E.
Entering & Exiting the Fairgrounds
You may enter and exit any gate of the fairgrounds at any time, but please try to avoid using Gate 7 where check-in takes place. This will alleviate additional traffic in that area.
Sincerely,
Your Rally Team
